Returns & Exchanges

At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
